Roofing Dry-In
Begin Roofing Dry-In of the first half of the building structure. Continue Wood and Metal Framing throughout all levels. Begin the installation of unit windows.

Exterior Façade Installation
Begin installing the exterior façade. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler systems continue to be installed prior to insulation and drywall. MEP Rough Ins and Finishes will sequence from the top floor down, working our way out of the building. Insulation and Drywall to follow.

Building Is Topped Out
The Building reaches Topping Out which means we are structurally complete! Roofing to closely follow leaving a fully dried in structure. Elevators Begin Installation.
- 2026January
Drywall, Cabinets, & Painting Next Phase
Drywall Continues followed by Interior cabinets, trim, doors and painting.
- 2026February
Interior Construction Continues
Continue construction of interiors by floor.
- 2026March
Flooring, Tile, & Backsplash Begins
Interior Flooring, Tile and Backsplash begin. Tower Crane and Buckhoist are removed. Exterior building façade is continuing.
- 2026April
Drywall Installation Completed
Completion of drywall installation. The crews will continue painting, installing cabinets, countertops, plumbing & light fixtures.
- 2026May
Landscaping Begins
Landscaping and Hardscapes are getting started. Kitchen and Laundry Appliances continue to be installed in the units. Exterior building façade is nearing completion.
- 2026June
Furniture Installation Begins
Pool/Spa is being turned on. Courtyard Pavers are installed and amenity spaces begin to come to life. Begin Systems checkout, Final life safety inspections, TCO inspections. Furniture installation begins. Install TV, Internet, WiFi network, security cameras.
- 2026July
Final Repairs & Touch-Ups
Crews will continue wrapping up and making final repairs & touch-ups. Community manager and leasing will move and learn all the operational equipment.
- 2026August
Move-In Month
Re-Paving of Madison Street. Construction Demobilization and moves-Out. Resident Move-In Month! Quality checks will be completed and residents will begin moving into their brand new apartments on August 21st.
